Kingston Environmental Advisory Committee

That David Stocks be elected as Chair of the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum.

That Rachel Askett be elected as Vice-Chair of the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum.

That the agenda be approved.

That the minutes of Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum Meeting Number 01-2023 held on October 3, 2023, be approved.

That the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum recommend to the Environment, Infrastructure & Transportation Policies Committee the following: That the State of Environment Data Report for 2023 be received with amendments as described within Report Number KEAF-23-001; and That staff publish core metrics of the 2023 State of the Environment Data Report to the Kingston IN Focus data dashboard where appropriate; and That core and secondary metrics be presented to the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum each year within a State of the Environment Data Report prior to publishing select core metrics to the Kingston IN Focus platform.

That Jessica Campbell be appointed to the North King’s Town Secondary Plan Working Group.

That the meeting of the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum adjourn at 7:37 p.m.
