That the minutes of Housing and Homelessness Advisory Committee Meeting Number 2025-06 held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, be approved.

That the Housing & Homelessness Advisory Committee recommends to Council: That Council direct staff to work with Tapestry Community Capital to determine the feasibility of using community bonds for affordable housing investment in Kingston, including consultation with potential investors and community organizations that are already established to receive investments and deploy grants in the community; and That Council approve a budget of up to $10,000 to be funded the Working Fund Reserve to undertake a community readiness assessment to evaluate the feasibility of a community bond initiative.
