That the agenda be approved.

That the minutes of Planning Committee Meeting Number 07-2020, held Thursday May 7, 2020, be confirmed.

That the application for a zoning by-law amendment (File Number D14-023-2019) submitted by AJ Planning, on behalf of Kirshan Nathan, for the property municipally known as 328 Queen Street, be approved; and That By-Law Number 96-259, entitled "Downtown and Harbour Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the City of Kingston:' as amended, be further amended, as per Exhibit A (Draft By-Law and Schedule A to Amend Zoning By-Law Number 96-259) to Report Number PC-20- 037; and That Council determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice is required prior to the passage of the by-law; and That the amending by-law be presented to Council for all three readings.

That the application for a zoning by-law amendment (File Number D19-026-2019) submitted by Groundwork Engineering Limited, on behalf of Rideau Town Centre Gore Road Inc., for the property municipally known as 235 Gore Road, be approved; and Planning Committee Minutes Meeting Number 08-2020 Thursday May 21, 2020 Page 8 of 8 That By-Law Number 32-74, Entitled "Township of Pittsburgh Zoning By-Law", as amended, be further amended, as per Exhibit A (Draft By-Law and Schedule A to Amend Zoning By-Law Number 32-74) to Report Number PC-20-034; and That Council determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice is required prior to the passage of the by-law; and That the amending by-law be presented to Council for all three readings.

That the meeting of the Planning Committee adjourn at 8:09 p.m.
