That the Kingston Heritage Properties Committee supports Council’s approval of the following: That the application on the property at 259 King Street East, be approved in accordance with the details described in the Kingston Heritage Properties Committee Meeting Number 2025-06 - Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. applications (File Number P18-011-2025), which was deemed complete on April 14, 2025, with said alterations to include the installation of five (5) windows, including two arched dormers, on the south-east elevation of the red brick building; and That the approval of the application be subject to the conditions outlined in Exhibit A to Report Number HP-25- 010.
