That Councillor Neill be elected as Chair of the Planning Committee.

That Councillor Kiley be elected as Vice-Chair of the Planning Committee.

That the agenda be amended to include the addendum, and as amended, be approved.

That the minutes of Planning Committee Meeting Number 19-2020, held Thursday November 19, 2020, be confirmed.

That the Planning Committee recommends to Council: That the application for a zoning by-law amendment (File Number D14-018-2020) submitted by Fotenn Consultants Inc., on behalf of CaraCo Development Corporation, for the property municipally known as 168, 172 Wellington Street and 99 Brock Street, be approved; and Planning Committee Minutes Meeting Number 01-2021 Thursday December 3, 2020 Page 10 of 10 That By-Law Number 96-259, entitled "Downtown and Harbour Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the City of Kingston:' as amended, be further amended, as per Exhibit A (Draft By-Law and Schedule A to Amend Zoning By-Law Number 96-259) to Report Number PC-21-002; and That Council determines that in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice is required prior to the passage of the by-law; and That the amending by-law be presented to Council for all three readings.

That the meeting of the Planning Committee adjourn at 8:14 p.m.
