That the agenda be approved.

That the minutes of Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission Meeting Number 2026-03, held Wednesday March 18, 2026, be approved.

That the Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission provide all three readings to By-Law Number 2026-01, A By-Law to Amend Kingston Area Taxi Licensing Commission By-Law Number 2025-20, Fees and Charges By-Law 2025, attached to Report Number 26-002 as Exhibit A; and That the Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission provide all three readings to By-Law Number 2026-02, A By-Law to Amend Kingston Area Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission Meeting Minutes - May 6, 2026 Taxi Licensing Commission By-Law Number 2025-02, Taxi By-Law, attached to Report Number 26-002 as Exhibit B; and That the Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission direct staff to terminate the agreement with Ministry of Transportation Ontario’s Authorized Requester Information Service (ARIS) for driver record searches.

That the firm KPMG be appointed as the Auditors for the Kingston & Area Taxi Licensing Commission for 2026.

That Oren Nimelman be appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission.

That the Kingston and Area Taxi Licensing Commission meeting be adjourned.
