That the Order to Remedy CEPS202203970 regarding 694 Aylmer Crescent be modified to extend the timeline for compliance to July 18, 2022 subject to the following conditions: a) Item 1 in the Order to Remedy regarding removal of refuse and debris from the land is completed; b) If the current tenants have vacated the property by July 1, 2022, the property owner is to submit a maintenance plan to by-law staff no later than July 11, 2022; or c) If the current tenants have not vacated the property by July 1, 2022, the property owner is to provide by-law staff by no later than June 30, 2022 with proof that proceedings have been initiated under the Land and Tenant Board to evict the tenants and is to submit a maintenance plan to by-law staff no later than July 11, 2022; d) The property is to be reinspected prior to the July 18, 2022 Appeals Committee meeting.
