Report Number 39 City Council Meeting Number 2020-15 Minutes Tuesday, May 5, 2020 Reports (continued) To the Mayor and Members of Council: The Planning Committee reports and recommends as follows: 1. Approval of an Application for Final Plan of Condominium – 311 Conacher Drive That the application for Final Plan of Condominium (File Number D07-005-2017) submitted by Forefront Engineering Inc., on behalf of Conacher Kingston Holdings Inc., for the property municipally known as 311 Conacher Drive, be approved; and That the execution of the Condominium agreement for the Final Plan of Condominium (File Number D07-005-2017) be subject to the successful registration of the Final Plan of Subdivision application (File Number D12-006- 2017); and That final approval be subject to the Owner entering into a Condominium agreement with the City, and the Condominium agreement shall provide further notice to the Condominium Corporation, and present and future purchasers, of the conditions contained within the registered Subdivision agreement and that the Condominium Corporation will be responsible for maintaining the approved site works and fulfilling any conditions of the agreement; and That subject to the satisfaction of the Director of Legal Services & City Solicitor, the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Condominium agreement, and the Director of Legal Services & City Solicitor be authorized t

Report Number 40 To the Mayor and Members of Council: City Council Meeting Number 2020-15 Minutes Tuesday, May 5, 2020 Reports (continued) Heritage Kingston reports and recommends as follows: 1. Applications Supported for Approval by Heritage Kingston (Statutory Consultation with Heritage Kingston) i. Approval of Application for Heritage Permit under the Ontario Heritage Act – 218 Albert Street That the erection on the property at 218 Albert Street, be approved in accordance with the details described in the application (File Number P18-001-2020), which was deemed complete on February 13, 2020, with said erections to include the following: 1. Construction of an approximately 7 metre by 9 metre two-and-a-half storey secondary dwelling to the rear of, and in line with, the heritage building. The new dwelling is to be clad in bricks with a concrete foundation and a pitched roof with metal roofing, and include a gable roofed covered porch on the south elevation; and 2. Installation of a new driveway and walkway along the southern lot line of the property; and That the approval of the alterations be subject to the following conditions: 1.
