That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an agreement, in a form satisfactory to the Director of Legal Services, with RenewalSquared Inc. to permit clothing/textile recycling collection bins to be placed at exterior locations on City properties for a nine-month term. (The Report of the Commissioner, Transportation & Public Works (23-191) was attached to the agenda as schedule pages 1-4)
