That the recommendation of Councillor Neill and Councillor Holland to proceed with the Traffic Calming Policy review be amended to add Clause 6 to read as follows: That prior to the presentation to EITP of the new Policy in 2021, staff seek further and timely consultation with District Councillors, including feedback and information on how the new Policy would affect their Districts, and that staff hold one or more public meetings, in order to further explain the proposed policy changes to the public prior to seeking approval of the Policy.
