That the Recommendation in Report PC-22-018 be amended to add the words “subject to staff providing a Supplemental Report to Council on April 26, 2022 that addresses the concerns raised and provided in list form by the Committee” to the end of both Clause 2 and Clause 3 respectively, such that the second and third Clauses read as follows: Planning Committee Meeting Number 09-2022 – Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Page 20 of 22 “That the City of Kingston Official Plan, as amended, be further amended by amendment number 82, as per Exhibit A (Draft By-Law and Schedules A to Q to Amend the Official Plan) to Report Number PC-22-018, subject to staff providing a Supplemental Report to Council on April 26, 2022 that addresses the concerns raised and provided in list form by the Committee; and That the new Kingston Zoning By-Law be presented to Council for all three readings, as per Exhibit B (Draft Kingston Zoning By-Law and Schedules 1, 2, 3, 4, A, B, C, D, E and F) to Report Number PC-22-018, subject to staff providing a Supplemental Report to Council on April 26, 2022 that addresses the concerns raised and provided in list form by the Committee; and”
