Recommendation: That Arts, Culture & Heritage Advisory Committee recommends to Council: That the following one acquisition be accepted for the Civic Collection (“Secondary Collection”) 1. Watercolour painting of City Hall by Robert Blenderman titled “Sprucing Up”; and That the objects listed in Exhibit A to Report Number ACH-25-006 be approved for deaccessioning from the Civic Collection.
