That the Minutes of Committee of Adjustment Meeting Number 2020-11, held November 16, 2020 be approved.

That consideration of Application for Minor Variance – 230 Frontenac Street be

That minor variance application, File Number D13-037-2020, for the property located at 61 Livingston Avenue, be approved; and That approval of the application be subject to the conditions attached as Exhibit A (Recommended Conditions) to Report Number COA-21-001.

That minor variance application, File Number D13-053-2020, for the property located at 63 Elm Street to vary the maximum permitted residential building depth to permit the construction of a one-storey rear addition, be approved; and That approval of the application be subject to the conditions attached as Exhibit A (Recommended Conditions) to Report Number COA-21-002.

That minor variance application, File Number D13-052-2020, for the property located at 101 College Street to increase the permitted projection into the exterior side yard to construct a new covered porch, be approved; and That approval of the application be subject to the conditions attached as Exhibit A (Recommended Conditions) to Report Number COA-21-003.

That the application for permission, File Number D13-054-2020, for the property located at 98 Clergy Street East to expand the existing third floor dormer at the rear of the structure, be approved; and That approval of the application be subject to the conditions attached as Exhibit A (Recommended Conditions) to Report Number COA-21-004.
