That the agenda be amended to include the addenda, and as amended, be approved.

That the minutes of Nominations Advisory Committee Meeting Number 02-2023, held on February 6, 2023, be approved.

That the following appointments be approved and forwarded to Council on November 21, 2023 for consideration: i) Kingston Heritage Properties Committee That Daniel Rose be appointed to the Kingston Heritage Properties Committee a term ending November 30, 2025. ii) Appeals Committee That the following appointments be made to the Appeals Committee for a term ending November 30, 2024: • Blaine Fudge; • Tara Kainer; • Todd Storms; and That pursuant to Section 3.3.2 of the Public Appointment Policy, Robert Knox be appointed to the alternate pool for the Appeals Committee. iii) Kingston Area Taxi Commission That the following appointments be made to the Kingston Area Taxi Commission for a term ending November 30, 2024: • Joseph Abreu; • Simon Chapelle; • Joseph Dowser; • Steven Fraser; • Michael Wilkinson; and That pursuant to Section 3.3.2 of the Public Appointment Policy, Dennis Robinson be appointed to the alternate pool for the Kingston Area Taxi Commission.
