That the minutes of Environment, Infrastructure & Transportation Policies Committee Meeting Number 01-2020, held on Tuesday December 10, 2019, be approved;

That the Environment, Infrastructure and Transportation Policies Committee recommend to Council for consideration at the February 18, 2020 meeting: That paragraphs 3 and 4 of Recommendation 3, of Report Number 20-031, which reads as follows below, be

That the motion moved by Councillor Osanic and Councillor Neill regarding Supplementary Report to Council Report 20-031 – Aligning the City’s Recycling Program with Ontario Regulations for Full Producer Responsibility be amended by adding the following words to the end of the first recommend clause: “for consideration at the February 18, 2020 meeting:”

That the Environment, Infrastructure and Transportation Policies Committee recommend to Council for consideration at the February 18, 2020 meeting: That Council not approve any privatization of recycling collection in the central collection area of the City of Kingston.

That the meeting of the Environment, Infrastructure, and Transportation Policies Committee adjourn at 9:35 p.m.
