That the Heritage Properties Committee recommends to Council: That the new construction at 195 Scholars Lane, be approved in accordance with the details described in the application (File Number P18-043-2026), which was deemed complete on May 11, 2026, with said application to include the construction of a single storey dwelling with a detached single-storey garage; and That the approval of the application be subject to the conditions outlined in Exhibit A to Report Number HP-26-013.

That the Heritage Properties Committee supports Council's approval of the following: That the application on the property at 103 Stuart Street, be approved in accordance with the details described in the application (P18-040-2026), which was deemed complete on May 28, 2026, with said alterations to include the restoration and reconstruction of the existing main entrance stairway, including the replacement of deteriorated structural components, stone repair and replacement, masonry repointing to the balustrades flanking the stairway, the installation of a new code-compliant handrail and reinstatement of disturbed landscaping; and That the approval of the application be subject to the conditions outlined in Exhibit A to Report Number HP-26- 011.
